"Place was a great location in SOHO but wish the AC was Colder and Cooled Faster. We turned the A/C on Full Blast Cold And It took around 5-6 hours for the room to get comfortable. Luckily we were sitting by the ac so that helped but was a bit surprised it took so long."
"Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. The air conditioning broke down 2 of the 3 nights. When I told the check-out staff it had not worked (again) on the last night they did not even apologize! Unbelievable. The white headboards of the beds are so worn out that you can picture the heads of 1000 previous customers laying on it. Complete lack of interest in the customer, especially by the check-in/out staff."

"First I stayed 2 days and had to get key cards 3 times supposedly there system kept crashing. I needed the restroom the one time I came in late and almost exploded. Second I called for room service to come clean the room and put towels. I called the front desk to make sure that I will be leaving at 9am to enjoy the day and that I will be back later in the day and front desk said no problem. I came back to the room at 11pm and found it like it was, so disappointed especially since I was expecting clean towels.
Let me also say that the staff were nice and polite. They had a great breakfast and variety to choose from.

"My room overlooked a wall which kind of accounts for my overall ‘good’ review. It was fine. A little bit of a tight squeeze with my case given bed took up most of the room. Shower was good though, bed was super comfortable and location was great in terms of walking distance to restaurants and the best of FiDi"
"The hotel should use a different air refresher. It stinks in the lobby with cheap perfume. W couldn’t wait to get out of the lobby. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping does a great job with cleaning the rooms."
