“We were in town for CSU’s graduation ceremonies. While I was initially hesitant to stay 30 minutes from the campus, I’m so glad I did. The location is perfect; you’re literally 3 minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants, and retail. The backyard is perfectly equipped for kids and adults alike. The trampoline was fun even for the older kids, and the fire pit gave us an excuse to make s’mores two nights in a row. The house is well equipped and comfortable.
