“More than enough room for our party of 5, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies for cooking and the location was great. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. “Was exactly as pictures looked. Appreciated the interaction with host. Dinner recommendations were spot on! Great for hitting slopes. Heater worked well. Nice to have TVs in each room.”

“This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs.”

“It was very clean, but definitely not a luxury accommodation. The kitchen is cute and was well stocked. The window blinds are rickety and need to be replaced. Master bath needs a good coat of paint. A lamp in one of the upstairs bedrooms was missing a switch and could only be used by plugging and unplugging. Not a major issue, but annoying. I did tell both the manager and owner but didn't receive a response from either. It was a good location, easy access to everything. The view out the front……

“Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!”

“Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer.”

“We had a great time on our family getaway at this charming little cabin. The location is amazing, my husband and son were able to bike in a couple minutes to the bottom of Snow Summit and the walk was only 5 min for me. Everything you want to access in Big Bear is no more than a 5 min drive. The house overall is clean and decorated nicely. My 5yr old loved the Pac Man game and bunkbeds in his room! We couldn't get the netflix to work but the cable was fine for our short stay. Thanks!”

“House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. Both sliding doors for the shower were broken, hubby fixed them and also let the property manager know what to buy to fix it long term. The dishes, pans, cups were all dirty. Some still had food particles in……

“There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.”

“Loved the condo, clean, good location and community pool. Wonderful view of lake and mountains. We stayed with our 4 grandchildren under the age of 8. We were only able to get one TV to work in the living room. The technician responded within 2 hours to attempt to fix. All good, we were just hoping as grandparents to have some "downtime" with kids watching TV in the bedrooms. Would absoutley say here again”

“Older property but kept in good condition. Very personable and helpful. Arrived on Friday at 4pm just in time for complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Only problem was the room above us on the 3rd floor was extremely active from 10pm till almost midnight. Sounded like lots of running or jumping around so perhaps not well insulated between floors. Other than feeling like I was in a lodge from the 1970s, it was a nice overnight stay. I think if returning to Big Bear Lake again, we would choose a……
