The front desk team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction was handled with efficiency, warmth, and a smile. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and well cared for, always respectful and attentive to detail. The restaurant and bar staff deserve special praise — servers, cooks, and bartenders alike. Meals were well prepared, service was smooth and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams work in sync and take pride in what they do. The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was directions, transportation, recommendations, or simply a friendly greeting, they made every day easier and more enjoyable. Finally, credit to management for setting the tone. "I recently stayed at Gaddis Hotel in Luxor, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast was fantastic, there were plenty of options every morning, and they prepared fresh omelets and fresh falafel for all guests. The chefs were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience feel just like home. Another highlight is the location, it’s right next to the Nile River, which makes evening and early-morning walks absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great food, warm hospitality, and a perfect location by the Nile make it a wonderful place to stay in Luxor."

"Everything was great! The view was fantastic. I stayed here because it's close to the Luxor and Karnak temples. It has a beautiful rooftop view, and the restaurant is located here! The breakfast service was also very good!They cleaned the room every day, everyone was very kind. The man who cleaned always left a drawing on the paper and arranged the towels very nicely. 🙇 Thank you, I would definitely come back here. 🙏"
