“We had a lovely stay at Bosun's Chair and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy everything nearby.
Our room was beautiful, with cool, stylish décor and a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was equally impressive, with nice towels and quality toiletries provided. We also appreciated the in-room facilities, including a coffee machine, kettle, tea, hot chocolate and complimentary bottled water.
Check-in and check-out were……

“Charged for the use of the mini bar even though we didnt take anything.
Small holes in bed linen upon arrival.
Relaxation room, the paintwork was terrible.
Slow service all round.Service charge to room is 12.5 percent, slightly inflated for something that shouldnt exist.
However nice big bed, attentive staff in main diner.Hydro pool nice touch although children not allowed.Lovely breakfast and main meal.Pools were excellent.
I would not stay here again considered this is a four star hotel.I……

“Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received”

“這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人”

“This hotel certainly gets a WHOW upon arrival you have your named parking space.
A lovely friendly greeting, along with tea and cake in the Snug.
We were shown our room with explanations of how breakfast worked.
Our room was spotless, bed was so comfortable.
We had already booked dinner at The White Tails Restaurant which is within the hotel.
Dinner was excellent locally sourced produce used throughout.
Ramsay provided very attentive service.
Thoroughly recommended.”
