「We have stayed here many times. The front desk staff always remember us. They are very friendly and helpful. The garden view room we stayed in this time was very spacious and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of restaurant choices nearby and now the Madeira Museum of Modern Art just around the corner with many musical performances.」

「Overall experience was mixed with a few irritations. The hotel is below 4 star standard. The decor, with a contrived party theme is incredibly ugly, with stupid neon quotes, garish colours, plastic ducks and non stop video of parties. When we were there, average customer age was at best in the 40s. Clearly not appropriate. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable with, for us, very nice sea view. But, again, a number of small things not right, ie no cupboard for clothes, shower overflowing...
