「Wir hatten ein großes, ruhiges Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr reichhaltig und gut. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft in super Lage.」

Um es freundlich zu formulieren: es ist eine stilistische Zeitreise in die 70er/80er.🙂 Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich dagegen sehr positiv überrascht - sehr reichhaltig mit verschiedenen Brotsorten, Obst, Gemüse. Einzig die Nescafé-Kaffeemaschine finde ich unpassend. Frisch gebrüht und am Tisch serviert bevorzuge ich da eher.」

「Was not able to enjoy amenities because of the weather and early departure but the view looked lovely. The floor in our room was VERY noisy and the bathroom could do woth some updating. The shower curtain was old and discoloured and the shower faucet very basic and flew all over the place unless you held it. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not great. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have time to enjoy as we had a flight to catch. Staff were wonderful!」

「Lovely brand new hotel with nice room decor. Good sound proofing and outside balcony. The hotel is not central Funchal. It's about a 40 minute walk into the centre. However, we like walking so for us it was a great. The walk into Funchal is lovely. In addition, there is a shopping centre and many restaurants close by. The breakfast was reasonable but not outstanding. Very much a self service concept including coffee making machines. The only real negative was that although the balcony is...
