“The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there……

“We were 11 people in this oasis. We appreciated the two floors and the two indoor parking spots. The property was very clean and well equipped. 2 showers and 3 restrooms were a must for 11. The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station.”

“What a cute little house with a lot of history. I was a Millburn High School 1983 graduate and lived in town for many years. Being able to stay in a home in the heart of the town was so incredibly nostalgic!! Seeing my High School out the front windows and the row of homes my friends lived in was a real treat. “We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was so spacious with all the comforts of home. The owners communicated easily with us during our stay. Street parking was never a problem-just be mindful of street cleaning.”

“This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about……

“Super friendly and accommodating! They even let us change our check-in day when the wildfire smoke was bad in the city. This place is perfect if you need extra space but still want to be close to the city! We travelled with our 1-year-old baby and 2 dogs and had more than enough space. The apartment is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. There is a light rail station 2 blocks away which makes getting into the city very easy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet compared to the hustle……

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.”
