“The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. ”

“When we arrived here there were signs all over the door that it was shut down by the city. It had been shut down for a month at that point. They accepted the reservation and took my money off my card immediately knowing that they were shut down and couldn't give us a room ”
