"The hotel is mostly very good. It's a great location if you're going to be in Times Square a lot, and it's very clean, the staff are friendly, and overall it's worth the price.
However... on our arrival day, two of the three elevators to our floors were not working, though only one was marked as such. This led to long waits and confusion. Further, beware of the "City Tax" which is just Destination Fees and gives you very minor benefits that don't come near matching the extra $45/night they charge you. Calling it a tax should not be allowed. I naively paid it because I didn't research it before booking. Next time, I'll stay elsewhere."
