"Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we could only get luke warm water in the bathroom. First day only one coffee machine was working so quite a long queue. The other machine was fixed the next day.."

"Nice light and airy room, location perfect, staff very pleasant, hairdryer didn’t work so they replaced immediately. Someone had their tv on all night next door which wasn’t the hotel’s fault obviously, but slightly annoying, could hear through wall. Breakfast was pleasant but very limited without paying extra. Overall, the hotel was great for our one night stay in central Canterbury."

"The hotel is beautiful and lovely grounds. The lounge was comfortable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable except for the heaviness of the doors closing, creates a lot of noise in some areas. Still highly recommend."
