Not a peaceful moment

The street and the surrounding streets were under construction and very dirty. The apartment, being on the ground floor facing the street, was exposed to the noise of the construction early in the morning. We experienced water outages and encountered drug addicts from 9 PM onwards. The construction work was not announced before our arrival, so it was a very unpleasant surprise.
