Located in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and next to the areas of greatest interest, this exclusive and elegant three-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for those who want to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.
Accommodation, Distribution, and Equipment
With an area of 100 square meters and a capacity for up to 6 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.
Upon entering, you will find a fully-equipped separate kitchen next to a spacious living room with a dining area. The property also has a small terrace. The apartment has three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other two rooms with two single beds each. Finally, the apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms with a shower for your hygiene and relaxation.
Equipment and facilities: elevator, parking space in a nearby building, satellite LED TV, high-speed WiFi internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, induction hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of utensils and kitchenware, bed linen, towels, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Location
Located in a completely renovated building in Plaza del Teatro, it is next to one of the most emblematic and crowded places in the city, Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of Malaga life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Calle Marqués de Larios and Calle San Juan, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the surroundings offer, and where you can also enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
In its surroundings are the main tourist attractions such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater. The Muelle uno area and La Malagueta beach are a 10-15 minute walk through the pleasant Paseo del Parque.
