Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“The location is amazing with great view outside the hotel. Close to bus stops, easy to commute to anywhere. Close to mall and all kinds of restaurant. The staffs of the hotel are really nice.”

“Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym. ”
