“The communication with this hotel was very poor. Before arriving, we did not receive any clear instructions or important information regarding the check-in process or hotel policies. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves.
The biggest issue was that the policies and additional documents were not clearly disclosed before booking. Since the booking was non-refundable, once we arrived at the hotel, we had no……

“No one was at the front desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone number provided either. My room keycard was sitting on the front desk for anyone to take. It was a poor check in experience. But the room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. No harm, no foul.”

“Rooms are old and musty. It did not look clean and smelled of cigarette smoke.
The television did not work. You have to cast from the phone to the TV and that did not work. No one at the front desk explain this, nor is there any direction in the room explaining this.
The bathroom still had used washcloths from the previous guest still in the shower.
I was there for 2 nights so I just dealt with it, but the place can be much better if the rooms were modernized and actually cleaned……
