But the big gripe - the only one and it is trivial - is that the handle on the entry door has to be turned UP to get entry, and nobody told us that. So after trudging and dragging suitcases all the way to the room, and making repeated tries to gain entry, I ended up leaving my Wife in the hall with all our stuff while I went back to the desk to learn to turn it UP. “Room was clean. Only bad thing is every time we flushed the toilet we had to take the lid off, and pull the chain to help fix the flapper such as broken on one side. Definitely needs to be replaced. Besides that, everything was fine. ”

“Floors in room could have been cleaner and walls are paper thin. Heard neighbors TV on all night. Temporary breakfast area in rooms 286 and 287 was a cluster with one small toaster and always out of coffee. Overall affordable, nice staff and convenient location.”
