“The property is in a great spot. There are bus stops on either side that will take you to Old Colorado City or Manitou. The spa hot tub was well maintained and the breakfast was decent.
Towels had some makeup staining, but the bed linens were clean.”

“We were just staying one night and doing nothing but sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable which is all I expected. For a longer stay it would have been great to take advantage of the short walk to all the fun in downtown Manitou Springs.”

“The place is like you would expect from a "Quality" Inn. Rooms are scarsely decorated and the walls are paper thin so you hope to have no neighbours or at least very quiet ones. Doors shut noisily and no one seems to have learned middle of the night or early morning etiquette to be quiet and hold doors so they don't slam. Breakfast was mid; we had picked it for the variety we expected from the pictures but it was not so. No fruits, same breakfast at least 2 days in a row -scrambled eggs,……

“Very conveniently located and affordable! In walking distance of several cute shops and restaurants and right next to a fire station which made me feel safe! The room was super cute, clean, and modern! I would definitely stay here again!”
