"We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing.
When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment.

I really enjoyed my time in Manitou Springs. The town has sort of a new age/bohemian type vibe. I looked at all 8 springs in town. Fun place to visit and family friendly.

Love it! Great small down feel. Great downtown shops, restaurants and small shops. Shuttle service is great also.
"Breakfast was very good every morning. I recommend the omelets. We had dinner one night and food was delicious.
The staff is friendly and attentive. Great bar and restaurant staff, fun people.
Our bed and pillows were comfortable and the bed and bath linens were soft and in excellent condition. We will be back.
