"Not as described.The photos appear to be decades old, and the property was far below expectations. We arrived at 3am to a filthy home—blood-stained bedding, cobwebs, and greasy dishware. I had to clean for two days before guests arrived.Most amenities didn’t work, and I was told to pay extra for cleaning. Only two duvets were replaced when all needed it. Dishes smelled like fish, there were dirty napkins under the sink despite chef service, and multiple people had access codes the owner wouldn’t change. The pool didn’t work and wasn’t serviced while we were there.Beach access requires a car or golf cart; the “walkable” beach path is steep and unsafe.Costa Rica & Playa Blanca beach are beautiful, and the locals are wonderful. This experience was deeply disappointing—I would have considered returning but now I’m unsure. This property could be 5-star with proper care, but it was not presented that way. It was an Alice in Wonderland home- complete with the Cheshire Cat grin of a moon on arrival and beautiful sunsets. Kaly-Carlos- was my angel! I will be forever grateful for his help and guidance "

"This place was great! Very spacious apartment with a fantastic view. Playa Blanca is only a few minutes walk and was the perfect place to spend the last few days of our incredible holiday. We saw scarlet macaws from the balcony every day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place."

"We had never been to Costa Rica before so we didn’t know quite what to expect. Take the transportation from the airport. Once we got to the house, it was fabulous. The house is clean, and the staff are second to none. Every meal prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The views are spectacular and we very much enjoyed the infinity pool and the hot tub. The concierge service booked our excursions and arranged for transportation to pick us up at the house. We had 9 people in our group and created many beautiful memories for years to come. We very much hope to be able to come again and would definitely stay here again."

"Pedro the host was amazing and helped us with whatever issues arose. This condo is situated in a beautiful natural park like setting and has direct access to a white sand pristine beach. We enjoyed that the condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the outdoor patio. Felt safe at this condo. I hope to come again!"
