“Friendly host clean apt”

“Short friends getaway from Michigan. Location. Location, Location. Unit excellent. Beds are firm. Will rebook if visiting Cleveland again.”

This is a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, the description say both "kitchen and kitchenette" for some reason. The lighting in the room was a little dark, some more light options would be appreciated.”

“This apartment is in a great location in the theater district and very close to Progressive Field and bars and restaurants. The apartment is quite large, long and narrow and unique. It has a full kitchen but only plastic plates/bowls and not a lot of silverware. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable.”

“The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in.”

“This place worked out perfectly for us since we were in town for a family event, and our family lived just a short walk from the rental home. Because of this, we walked throughout this cute, historic neighborhood many times. What a fun, safe, and beautiful area. The home was clean, attractive, and we had everything we needed. Check in was easy. All was as advertised. When I wrote to the owner using the VRBO link, I received a quick and helpful answer. I would recommend this rental to others,……

“Nice and cozy apartment, good security, offers a parking space. Lost the key so getting in and out was reliant on the host but they were pretty good with it. Right in front of a bus stop that opens options for you to go anywhere around town. A/C works good, right next to the university and downtown, pretty peaceful too.”

“Studio apartment that has a bed in a closet for extra sleeping space. We had 2 adults. And 1 11 year old. The place looks like it was halfhazardly put together. With a little more time and investment it could be VERY nice. The 1 "bedroom" doesnt have a window. So should be classified as a studio with a seperate sleeping option. Driveway has us parking in the grass, entry gate is small, shoukd defiantely have measurements included, (what if i brought a big truck? Eek) Back could use……
