Great house, clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was outstanding. We enjoyed the place a lot. The grandkids loved the putting green and other games. Definitely we will return in the summer.

The house is very clean, beautiful, and well decorated. The owners have provided high quality amenities. Everything you can think of you might need or want, they have it readily available. So many extras on the property. Neighborhood is really quiet. All of us comments multiple time how relaxing this place was for us. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a blast as everything we could need was provided. The attention to detail and amenities was phenomenal. The home was super clean and it was a memorable stay. If you are considering this property as an option, trust me and just book it. You will not be disappointed. Communication from owners was fantastic. Awesome hosts and beautiful waterfront home.

Our family had an amazing time at the Sweet Tea lakehouse over the long Fourth of July weekend! We found everything to be as advertised. The house is beautiful and impeccably clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. There were also plenty of water toys and floats for all to enjoy. The trees to the west of the house provide beautiful shade on the raised deck for late afternoon beverages and evening dinners. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. They did not skip a single detail. The house is absolutely perfect and stocked with everything you can think of. The outdoor space is BREATHTAKING. They know how to cater to guests. By far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we travel a lot. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU!!!! It was an amazing weekend and worth every single penny.

Communication was excellent, arrival was super easy, and waking up to the lakefront life was perfect. We loved the coffee, fishing, swing, hot tub, kayaks and paddle board, bird viewing, waking around the neighborhood with our dogs and taking in the bluebonnets, everything the place had to offer. Yes, the park in the cove was a little busy in the morning when boats were loading and unloading but it calmed down quickly and was empty for most of the day. We loved our stay so much and are already planning our return trip. Thank you so much!
