Magical Marco Island

We had an amazing stay in Marco Island. It is truly a magical place! Our family was comfortable in this home and our kids loved the pool. Easy quick drive to the beach and close to grocery store and restaurants. Home is very well stocked in terms of the kitchen and plenty of towels. Felt very much like a home and not just a place to stay. We loved Marco Island and are talking about our next trip already.

Immaculate peaceful retreat

Just as beautiful as it appears in the photos and maybe even more so. Great house. Great neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Any interactions with people in the neighborhood were friendly. We felt so welcomed. It was a peaceful stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house has everything you need for your trip and then some. The house is clean and spacious. From a basket of snacks to a refrigerator full of soft drinks, Judy and Lance went the extra length to ensure we had the perfect Marco Island vacation. Thanks! We'll be back!

Breezy Ranch

Pros: beautiful decor, very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Bath towels and beach towels included, a definite plus! Pool was clean and lanai was lovely for morning coffee. Location was perfect, lots nearby. Owner was very responsive!Cons: Beach chairs are old and most of the straps and handles are broken, so hard to carry. The cooler zippers are rusted shut and we had to use WD40 to get them to work (not a huge deal, but just FYI). The VRBO website advertised 6 bikes, there were 4, and one was a child's bike. One of the adult bikes had a flat inner tube, so it was unusuable. The other two were passable, That was the biggest issue we had.Cons: B bushfeature.

Hi Judy, Thanks for your concern. Overall, the stay was good. I did want to express my displeasure with a couple of things....First, a couple of the garbage cans (inside the house and out) had garbage in them when we got there. A dirty sock was in one of the kids beds which led me to believe that the linens had not been washed. When we got there, a bunch of sheets and towels were still in the dryer so we had to deal with those. The propane tank ran out of gas on our first night. The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked (smears and smudges on appliances). These may seem like little things...our son has food allergies and so that's the main reason we rent homes when we travel-we have to cook our own meals for him. So, the kitchen not being pristine was an issue for us as we had to disinfect everything ourselves. Like I said, relatively small issues but when we pay what we did for 4 nights I expect a little better. Lastly, your original ad says that the stay includes beach parking. But each time we went to the beach which was every day, we paid. Again, small things but the small things matter. Thanks.

My family and I had a great stay at this property! Not only was it super clean, it had all the amenities from extra beach towels, beach toys and gear. The check in process was seamless and there was a ton of great local info in the guest book. Clearly the owners take pride in their property! Highly recommend, would certainly stay again.

Lovely home with wonderful pool.

The house is just as pictured and spotless and has everything at hand. Pool was spotless and warm and the beautiful plantings behind the lanai made it feel secluded. The location does get some road noise from the next block over but that also added to the convenience of the house. Highly recommend.

An outstanding stay !

Everything was what we were expecting and beyond ! Judy had everything you could’ve needed ALREADY available to you! Every thing you need is made readily there so you don’t need to do anything besides enjoy vacation and eat! Lol. There’s board games, books, extra flashlights incase of emergency, makeup remover wipes, snacks & drinks! Every type of device one uses in a kitchen! It was such a GREAT time we hope to make it back soon!
