“We only stayed for a short time but enjoyed it. Everything was as Olivia said. Pictures were very accurate. When I messaged Olivia she was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The space looks exactly how it does in the photos! It’s perfect for two people and very close to the metro. It’s walkable distance from Old Port to Mount Royal, so it was the perfect location with amazing food spots close by. Olga was an amazing host and would highly recommend for people to stay here. She was quick to reply, especially when we locked ourselves out of the condo haha. Thank you for letting us stay here again!”

“The property was great and as advertised. Everything was neat and tidy. The location is fantastic. It would have been great if there was a 2nd shower (for those times we needed to get cleaned up and make a dinner reservation). :) Our host was very accommodating and helpful.”

“Confirming what other reviews say. Réjean is an excellent host, great communicator. He gave us a list of nearby restaurants, grocery options, nearest ATM. The apartment is immaculate and quiet. I was surprised how close we were to "the action" because we did not hear anything. We appreciated the room darkening curtains for peace and quiet after a full day of site seeking. The listing states this, but it is important to note that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. This wasn't……

“This property was the most well appointed property I have ever stayed in. It had every refinement and convenience you would need. From the electric shades to the sound system. The household products were perfect. When we arrived at the condo, it had soft lighting and was spotless. ”

“The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback.”

“A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. “The location was fantastic for us to discover Montreal. The host was very accommodating to us during our stay. We had a great time. ”

“We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property! ”
