“The staff was really wonderful, especially Justo at the Expedia desk. There was a mix-up with our booking and he was so kind and helpful and hospitable. Took the time to make things special for us which we all appreciated greatly.
The beach and grounds are incredibly beautiful as well. ”

“AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good.
The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!”

“I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered.
The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)……
