“Getting a knock on the door at 4am from one of the workers there saying we never checked in when we did check in. How can you get keys to a room if you don’t check in??”

“Seemed okay. Clean rooms- allowed to check in early. The towel bar in our room was missing but no big deal. I wish it had a coffee maker in it. ”

“50s Style hotel, parking lot terrible. no heat on a 40 degree night (Probably could of got it turned on if I would have asked), and remote not working for tv. Considering other hotels were asking $500 for an event in the area this was a great deal at just over $200 for the night.”

“Good if you need a place to sleep, that’s it. Stayed with my husband and two children, would not return. People up all night slamming doors and yelling. The room was poorly maintained. Not worth the money. It could be a nice place if the owners put a little money into it. ”

“Inexpensive clean accommodation. If you want the extras you will need to pay for them. Check in and check out was smooth. A good number of amenities close to the property. I would stay here again. ”

“good location, easy to find. Shopping nearby. water under floorboards in main room after using the bathtub area(no leaking in the bathroom). Area/clientele might be a bit sketchy for some...I don't venture out after dark anyway. Wifi was good.”

“My room was exactly what I expected. No more, no less. It was clean, functional and close to highmark stadium. (I went to the bills game the day I stayed at the Orchard Park inn.) It was a six min walk from a nice sports bar as well. ”

“This was the first time I stayed at a cheap motel and it was indeed that... a cheap motel but worse than I could imagine. Room was cold and reeked of cigarette smoke. Previous guest had left dirty underwear on the floor, it was not removed by the cleaners. Front desk person wasn't there on arrival or departure and phone didn't work. Cable TV also didn't work. Never again!”

“The place was perfect and Travis was incredibly helpful. The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. The place was perfect and everything was very clean and accommodating for all of our stay.”

“My 82 year old cousin, and myself (age 80) stayed in this quite lovely apartment. Very comfy bed, adequate kitchen, clean, and most everything one would need. I would have wished to k ow that the unit was on the second floor as it was a bit difficult for us to carry out luggage up the 14 steps. Also, I would have like to have a tea kettle to boil water and some Kleenex. Other than that, would recommend for younger folks.”
