“Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but……

“The property was located in a very serene country setting. The locations of our interests were quite close. The two-lane roads were curvy and hilly and we loved it. “The carriage house was a great place for my family and I to spend our trip to Buffalo. The property is located close to the heart of the city and it was really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was neat and clean and fit our needs well. Claudia was welcoming and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!”

“We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.”
