However I can’t give it a 4 or 5 as communication was not good (1-2 days delay prior to the trip) and none while we were there, even though we reported a broken light fixture, wet stains on the carpet, dishwasher was still full of dishes, freezer wasn’t clean, and no parking passes noticed (I don’t think it was needed anyways but the……

“Great place with nice fireplace and easy parking. However, the picture for the ad is the entry building to the Biltmore mansion not the property which we all felt was a little misleading.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Ashville.”
