“This very well equipped house was perfect for my teenage son, my husband and me. House is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and with two fully bathrooms. Parking was outside on street and ok. Owner was responsive and accommodating to my request before arrival. The neighborhood could use some cleaning as there is trash on some houses but overall this was a nice stay, very close to the town center.”

“Jill was a fantastic host who allowed us to check in early rather than take our car full of luggage into Bath for the day. The accomodation was delightful, everything we needed, my only regret, not staying longer! ”

“The property is beautiful and perfect for groups with lots of space and excellent facilities. We made good use of the hot tub and were lucky with clear skies so could stargaze from the tub. Lovely local walks and excellent nearby pubs.”

“Grandby Cottage was charming, the main house magnificant and the grounds were beautiful. The wisteria was in full bloom. I felt like I was taken back in time, expecting a carriage to pull up at any moment.Amanda is a great host and answered all our questions. Our itinerary the day after we arrived was:Day 1 -- Bath. We did the free walking tour (fantastic) and toured the Roman baths.Day 2 -- Stonehenge (We walked instead of taking the bus, which was so much better.) Avebury (one pub in town)……

“The house was really clean throughout, and was the perfect place as our base ahead of our family get together. Lovely and warm on arrival, there was plenty of info from the hosts about Bath. 1 minor issue. Toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose when we arrived. Other than that, can't fault it. Thanks! ”
