"Great location. Our view was facing Lake Michigan, and our room had a direct view of the fountain. The room was well appointed, but the AC unit was not working. The first night, we were sweating in bed watching TV and had to request two fans to get any relief. On a good note, the bell hop, Steve, was awesome! So helpful and kind."

"we must have came on a bad weekend cause it seemed like everyone was in a bad mood but Gary! The hotel was overall nice shower had mutiple cracks on floor. Ac did work first so we had to switch rooms! Again overall an okay experience."
