“Great location and well equipped home. It had everything you’d need. It’s decorated so cute and close to the Riverwalk. We chose to drive downtown and it’s a very short drive. We’d stay here again!”

“Completely refurbished older cottage fenced all around with security gate at driveway. Neighborhood remake underway with an interesting mix of new buildings, some undergoing renovation & a few that still need to be started. Good walking distance for me (maybe a mile?) to the Brazos parks with fascinating old bridges & of course the longhorns/cowboys larger-than-life statue group. Maybe 1/2 mile to Franklin Ave. business district with so many quaint shops, eateries & most importantly, an auto……

“This home was beautiful, clean, and located close to many Waco activities. Check in process was very simple and the home was very accomadating for our 3 night stay. Although we had 4 adults on our trip, this home would be great for familes with children as well.”

“We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. “I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but……

“Just completed a four night stay with my husband and adult daughter as we made our first trip to Texas to view the solar eclipse. This property was absolutely ideal for a family stay! We had everything we needed and then some! Separate bedrooms and baths provided privacy and comfort and the living/kitchen/dining rooms gave us plenty of great space to come together. The backyard deck with its comfy furniture provided a great spot for eclipse viewing, and nice spot just to enjoy the sunshine! The……

“This home is so cute, quaint and in the perfect location for not only the Magnolia Market but the shops, restaurants and musings that the city of Waco has to offer. We enjoyed the back yard space in the evenings. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were attentive. Thank you for your Texas hospitality!”

“Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty, household trashcans dirty, under beds dirty, oven and broiler need cleaning. Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items. The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces. Suggestions: Cutting board, colander……

“We loved the location of this home, 3 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the design was beautiful. Loved the banquette in the kitchen and the firm comfortable beds! The backyard was beautiful as well. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. However after being told several times that the pool was useable (the main reason we rented this one) in indeed was not. We have pictures and videos. The kiddie pool was gross as well. Our daughter was crawling on the floor. Within minutes her legs and feet were black. We understand things happen but was reassured the pool was good to go. Even after we got there they said the same. We also did not know that we were staying in someone’s home that they live in full……
