「Brand new construction with beautiful modern and clean furnishings. Immaculate interior design. Location could not be beat, especially if you don't have a car on the island! It is down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry stop for the public bus service, which takes you everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Mike was also incredibly helpful with making sure that everything was ready for our stay and providing local recommendations.」

「The hosts are excellent people, great communicators who want VBRO guests to have an outstanding experience. Chappy is a wonderful retreat from the rest of the world. That is my only word of caution, it requires a ferry to eat out or shop. Otherwise this is a great place to read write meditate beach and let go of everyday worries. It has a higher price tag because your paying for a premium location, guest service experience and higher quality accomodation.」

「When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...
