“The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews……

The location is fantastic—right between Vineyard Haven and Edgartown—making it easy to bike to both, plus there’s a beach across the street. The WiFi wasn’t working when we first arrived, but the owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to fix it quickly. We’ll definitely be back!”

“This is a superior listing. We just spent three nights (late March) at the cottage and it was extraordinary. We've stayed in a number of accommodations on MV and this was, by far, the best. The cottage is adorable, super clean, nicely outfitted (kitchen is right-sized for the cottage and has everything you'll need). The first night the wind was up a little bit and we could hear the waves gently hitting the shoreline (that's how close you are to the water). Sunrises were amazing. You are right in……
