「Fireplace out of order. Window screens and window sills covered with dead flies. Otherwise, the interior of the unit was in exceptional condition. 」

「The condo was clean, had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable. It is in a weird location in the middle of nowhere tho.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time as the apartment is located in a great spot for accessing Greenville. The bottom unit made for easy luggage loading and unloading. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. We also enjoyed the nice touches for the holidays. Great host!」

「Stayed here to visit family. All went well except for our last day when the hot water heater went out. We called Mary and she offered to have plumber come fix it right away. It was our last noise we opted to go to a hotel in Raleigh. Mary refunded us for the last night. She was very responsive and the refund came through quickly. She is a great owner and responsible. Thanks, Mary!」
