“Lovely old building with original 17th century fireplace. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean although basic.”

“Very clean property, great pub with a fantastic breakfast.”

“I have stayed at the Stone Trough In Kelbrook lancs england several times now with family and friends. It's a fantastic setting with plenty of amenities it's on a bus route . Free Breakfast & Parking incl. The staff are all friendly and accommodating to your needs nothing is too much for them to make your stay perfect. 100,% +++ for this hotel Will be stay again soon.”

“Restaurant is still good and well maintained but room and all the other areas really need to be renovated.”

“Absolutely lovely stay at The Lister Arms. Staff are amazing and the reason it's so good. They are helpful and friendly. The only very small downside is the cost. A little overpriced but otherwise beautiful. Couldn't really fault anything at all. The food was to die for.”

“Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear……

“Excellent room and service jumped into a taxi to Skipton Town centre cost only £7 and quickly spent the day in town got taxi back to hotel at 7-15 to have a few drinks before bed BUT the bar shut at 8-pm the lights switched off it kind of took the shine off the day ended up watching movie with a cup of tea sad”

“Although the building could do with a little tlc in places, our room was large, clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent and bar food really good too. The bar area is fairly small and well used by locals but we did find a table both nights we were there. The biggest plus for us were the staff who are efficient and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area. It’s in a quiet area but there are plenty of walks and an ideal base for exploring other towns and sites.”

“Wat een geweldige plek. Het hotel hoort bij een fantastisch restaurant en de kamers zijn van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. De omgeving Yorkshire Dales is ook prachtig. Een mekka voor wandelen en fietsen”

“Great staff, friendly and very well informed Room was great, restaurant was excellent, bar was fantastic.”

“Spacious accommodation/friendly staff/ good food.”

“Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend”

“Beautiful location, very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We will definitely visit again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!”

“Staff are not friendly !”

“各方面都很好，早餐特別好。只是，房務人員把我自己帶來的毛巾丟了，這部分很困擾。”

“Lovely cosy accommodation but not in the inn itself. Well equipped but was cold on arrival, had to turn radiators on. Comfy bed and in a stunning location. Lovely pub with open fire.”
