“Owner was contactable via WhatsApp and was responsive when if need of help. House is very clean and neat, playground, Lego table and arcade to keep the child entertained! Induction cooker available to do some cooking. Thank you! ”

“Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.”

“We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. Before checkout, at around 9:00 AM+, we heard someone attempting to open the main door, which was a bit concerning. There is a……

“the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. Theres……

“The rooms are nice. View to singapore also good. Clean and comfortable. The owner said cannot find my phone#, it’s ?? The booking platform seems not good recently. One bath room only. All facility good.”

“Location wasn’t convenient - there was only a small mini-mart at 5th floor, function room cafe isn’t open, nothing to see or eat within walking distance. Apartment seemed a bit old and had a slight musty smell upon entering the unit, power sockets weren’t conveniently located, TV reception was terrible and both TVs were small and not-smart (ie stream services not available/connectable). The hook for the shower head wasn’t working properly. There were extra towels and mats left hang at the……

“The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”
