“the Staff at this Fairfield Inn was outstanding. From the woman who checked us in initially to the day staff desk lady to the evening stay gentlemen, all three were helpful, went beyond what was asked. I wish I knew their names so I could identify them personally. One thing which could identify them was that my daughter and I were moving her from NC to UT. WE had 2 containers of a great Grandmother's china which we were delivering to friends in NC to store until cousins from Richmond, VA came……

“Pretty disappointed for the cost of the stay. Never had a bad Hilton experience but this was pretty rough. Dirty floors, no soap in the room when we arrived, beds were fine, table tops were clean.. just pretty underwhelming for what they advertised and pictures posted.. the 8.4 rating is a stretch.”

“Very disappointed in my stay. My husband and I have been using this hotel for the past couple of years. It was great until this last trip. I arrived to check in around 4pm and was told their systems were down. I was unable to check in. I came back to the property around 8:30pm and finally saw people were checking in. Receive my room only to find my room not clean. Dry contact lens and hair in the bathroom and to top it off a cockroach in the wall. The staff was friendly but you can definitely……

“The only reason I did not give 5 stars all around is the location…everything else was great! It’s not far from most places but if you are looking for the best location this isn’t a good fit. However, for the price and amenities this is a great spot to go with friends, sit pool side, have golf and basketball simulator area. Just a diamond in the rough so to speak.”

“Check in was easy. The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking. My family enjoyed the breakfast. We've tried other hotels, but are always confident that Hampton Inn will provide us with a safe, clean stay.”
