"First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees."

"Rooms are incredibly spacious and the whirlpool tub is A-MAZING. Great location for convention center related travel. The breakfast is lackluster in taste, but it's free so take it for what it's worth. Overall, great experience. Will stay again!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like needing to use two elevators that required me to use my room key in order to get to my "handicapped" room where there was a regular tub to climb over and a shower head that I could not reach to use without calling my 6 foot spouse to get it off the hook."

"The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. I sat at the bar and had a drink during my stay. Drinks were a bit pricey, however it was great."

"Everything was really nicely done. For once I had enough covers without having to call downstairs; checkout is later than most, and food is available pretty much every waking hour. I don't feel like I can take a star off for the exorbitant parking ($48) or breakfast ($38) but want to mention it. New Orleans is expensive! Staying more than one night unlocks some discounts and gives a bit of time to enjoy the amenities. We were only there for the night, unfortunately. The hotel is an easy walk to the river and the French Quarter, and is attached to a mall (didn't go to the mall but it seems to be an upscale one)."
