“Such a lovely property with an even lovelier couple running it. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Oban.”

“Outstanding property, superb service, best breakfast!!!”

“Lovely hotel, the room was very nice. Loved the decor. Friendly staff and the breakfast was great! Short walk to the center of Oban with lovely views.”

“Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. First, upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the sitting room, which was very nice. But there was no direction for what we should do after. We were not offered assistance with bags at check-in, so we went to fetch our own bags after we finished our drinks. When we lugged in our bags we were told “oh someone could have helped you with that”. It was……

“第一次入住青年旅舍，以为条件会很差:房间小，卫生差等等。完全出乎意料。房间大概20平。床单用完自己清理，保证了一客一换。离市区走路10分钟。很方便。”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Perle Oban Hotel & Spa! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and pubs. We especially loved watching the fishing boats and ferries coming and going in the harbor. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel was a wonderful home base for exploring Oban. We would happily stay here again!”

“Really great stay. For the price I was not expecting the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Staff were lovely and will make this a regular stay when I'm Oban”

“Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was small, but well organized and thoughtfully appointed. A great value, really.”

“Clean room, well situated. Door controlled entry which means no early check-in if there early.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, large and had everything needed. The bathroom was small but adequate, the linens were large and fluffy. The breakfast, which was extra, we felt was good for the price paid. And consisted of cold items and a menu of hot items.”

“車位不夠多，其他滿分！位置很棒！在市中心，很多景點可以步行，十分方便！”

“The room itself was okay for 2 nights. But it was the time of the heatwave, and I could only open the window literally one inch, so it was suffocating to stay there. Luckily, the housekeeper got me a fan that helped, but I hope they adjust it so it can be opened to at least 3-4 inches which is the standard safety gap.”

“This was in walking distance to the waterfront which had all the shops, cafes and restaurants that we needed. It was also close for the ferry to Mull. The hotel did not have a buffet but you ordered from the menu and everything was brought to your table so everything was piping hot. They also had a good breakfast selection to choose from. We were very pleased with the standard of cleanliness of the room. Nice big shower as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Great experience”

“The big nitpick for is lack of parking. Unless you're strictly staying overnight and leaving first thing in the morning you have to pay. It's kind of cheap but it's the principle of already paying for a room.”

“Das Zimmer war schmutzig und bei der Toilette lief das Wasser ununterbrochen. Leider wurde dies nach mehrmaligem Melden nur mangelhaft behoben. ABER das hässlichste war die gebrauchte Unterhose unter dem Bett, welche vom Vorbesitzer war. Unter allen Betten war eine riesige Dreckansammlung.”
