Outstanding Home-Two Incredible Spaces

Our stay was fantastic. We originally thought we were booking one large home for 32 people but it turned out to be two separate houses-something we missed. While this required some last-minute adjustments to our sleeping arrangements for our large group of students, both homes were absolutely wonderful. One house had the perfect cabin feel while the other offered a sleek, modern space. Both were incredibly clean, well maintained and just minutes from the slopes. The host was amazing and attentive, accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even had the driveways scrapped after 8 inches of snow fell our first day. Despite our initial mix-up on our end, we couldn't have been happier with the expereience. We will definitely stay here again.

The Fireside Lodge property was a disappointment. Listed as sleeping 18. However, kitchen was undersupplied, only 8 individual bowls, one serving bowl, one baking sheet and glassware for 8. Lower rack in dishwasher needs replacement as it does not allow for proper operation. When we arrived, several beds were unmade. Some of the furnishings are worn out.

Awesome Place

The house was fantastic, we had a great weekend with the JMU Lacrosse team and families. Brian and Sara are awesome hosts. 100% recommend.
