“Had a lovely stay at the Aethelred Annexe! Great amenities and an incredibly generous host. It felt very warm and cozy and the bed was super comfy. Great location for a quick drive/ bus into the city centre. Would absolutely recommend.”

“This property is amazing, and has set a standard that will be hard for us to find again, where do I begin. The apartment is beautifully styled, the kitchen is so well equipped and has washer/dryer, plus there were plenty of spare towels and sheets if needed for our week long stay. We were there in July during hot weather, the location is quiet to have windows open at night and there are a couple of fans to make sure you’re comfortable to sleep. “Lovely host and a cute, cosy cabin. The only downside was that it felt more overlooked than we expected, as it's essentially within the host's garden, so there wasn't as much privacy as we'd hoped. Also, be aware that use of the jacuzzi costs an additional 25, which we only found out after booking and paying. Aside from those points, we had a pleasant stay.”

“We had a nice one night stay at this cosy cabin which is in a picturesque part of Winchester near the streams. It's a fun adventure for a young family but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues as the two bedroom spaces require climbing/crawling through a small door. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin but the kitchen is outdoors, which is a bit of a challenge on a wet/cold day. Would definitely stay again.”

“Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. ”
