"Nice facilities and staff was accommodating for mine and my partners extremely limited Japanese which was a plus. Room was small but that was to be expected from the pictures so no issues there. The bed was comfy and the room was extremely clean."

"I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL R9 Premium Kawamataekimae! The room, bathroom, and bedding were exceptionally clean, and the environment was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as coffee, tea, towels, small towels, comfortable pajamas, and complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. The vending machines and affordable restaurant were also very convenient. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always welcoming guests with genuine smiles and warm greetings. Highly recommended!"

"this location was very convenient, It was 3min walk from train station. Japanese style breakfast was very good and Room was very clean. I don't have any complain."

"The first room smelled like sewage sadly, I reported it and the front staff promptly put me in the new room and it was nice and clean, no issues- I’m suspecting some old pipes maybe? But other than that, I really appreciated their hearty breakfast menu option you can add, they seemed more thoughtfully prepared than what you would expect from breakfast buffet- Staffs are cordial, nice and helpful :)) The big bath area is a very nice addition - I do wish it smelled more like Hinoki and wondered how long those balls have been in the bath- it didn’t really have much scents- but it’s clean, great amount of amenities. I will return :)) "
