“Very close to "touristy" Beale Street; which was what we were looking for on this trip. Lovely rooftop with exceptional views, wish it was open for early morning tea and coffee. ”

“Nice hotel close to downtown. Had a cornhole and Jenga in the pool area that the kids enjoyed. The table that the Jenga was on had a broken piece on the table that should be replaced. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was well maintained and modern. We only stayed for one night, but it was a comfortable stay. ”

“We were traveling thru, had a view of the river for sunset. Beale St right around the corner. Staff was sweet and accommodating ”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“There was nothing unique about the property. The clerk allowed me to check-in 1 hour early. I had been driving all day. That was helpful. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my weekend. ”

“We were on the 14th floor. We had some good views. Breakfast was good.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips to do in the area. I also liked the shuttle service to Graceland that was offered. Breakfast was good. The room needed to be vacuumed better. It appeared like it had not been vacuumed at all and right outside of our door, there were some crushed chips of some sort. Someone did come the next day and spotted it and vacuumed that up. ”

“Very nice hotel conveniently located south of Memphis. Only complaints were the marginal WIFI service in the room and the business center computer was not working.”

“Comfortable and updated room. Very clean however some odors especially from cigarette smoke. Friendly and helpful staff. The bare minimum for free breakfast, cereal, toast, waffle, and juice / coffee. Weak intenet wifi. ”
