“Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit.

“Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!”

“Excellent experience all around. Would sincerely recommend”

“Excellent service, comfortable stay, good location ,walking distance to most of the sightseeing areas.Delicious food in their restaurants!”

“The staff were the highlight and very centrally located”

“Great place to stay in busy Marakesh.”

“We loved everything about El Fenn! Marrakech is chaotic, crowded and touristy so to have a place where you walk thru the door and leave it all behind was a joy. Every corner offers a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful calm of the place. The service was perfect…there when you need something, but left us alone when we didn’t. The rooms are not big but throw on your robe, grab a coffee or drink and find your own private nook. It was heavenly”

“Property is here unique but you need a travel guide to help you find the property very difficult to find very dark at night to navigate and they tried your additional fees before you leave. They never tell you in the beginning when you book with Expedia it says you pay no more fees and then when you’re leaving, they tell you you owe them a certain amount.”

“It’s a very charming place with terrific amenities. The restaurant is fantastic. All the food is very good & has different musicians every day. The property is very peaceful & pretty. A little old in the rooms. Could use better mattress & a bit of updates on furniture. But it’s a great place to be. A bit far from Medina, but you can hear the birds signing, so it’s very quiet & serene.”

“This Riad is in a great location. It is still in the Medina, but not right in the tourist corner of Jemaa el-Fnaa, I would say that it had a more "real" feel to it. There was a market nearby and also lots of streets with food markets. We ate in a few of the local restaurants nearby, with La Poterne at the corner which I can highly recommend. There were just a few issues: our safe did not work the whole time we stayed, even though we brought it to attention twice. One night the group of young……

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were extremely polite & helpful. The gardens were a great bonus. They were very well maintained & housed tortoises & peacocks. The entertainment was very good with a lovely team. The stand out for us was the food. Although buffet style it was exceptionally cooked & presented every meal. We will definitely be back.”
