「Rien de négatif, bel accueil malgré notre retard. Bonne bouffe et bon vin . Merci」

「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. 「I would never recommend this property, as it only had a nice room. Breakfast was so bad, I suspect the breastfeeding never gets used. No toaster, ni cereals, . No where to sit outside. You are not allowed to used the breakfast area at night. You cannot turn a light on in the breakfast are. The staff are very rude. They do not take suggestions to improve the property." You should of picked a better place we are only small!"」

「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「Wi-Fi is a bit slow and not consistent.」

Special mention to Jessica, who gave me one of the best...

「Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside. In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax. About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night. Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate. Stunning views, good location to explore surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. I stayed with my family two boys age 9...
