“My only two complaints was, I asked for my room to be cleaned once I left, and it never was. This was for all 3 days. Then, my biggest issue was the parking. Number one the stew was a bit sketchy and I was alone. It was located in Downtown, and I had to literally circle the block for 30 mins and Saturday for almost an hour to find parking. I didn't feel very safe coming in late and no parking close. The last day when I brought this up, they mentioned there was parking across for a daily fee.……

“Room was clean. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Wish there were potatoes on the breakfast bar. That felt like the only thing missing. Everything was great. ”

“Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.”

“The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. Luckily we had an extra sheet from the pull out couch bed we could cover the mysteries with. Overall, the rooms were just dated but it did look like they were mid-update on the hotel. On the……

“The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!”

“Pay for the cheapest room you can get. I paid for a room that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge since it was for several days, and it had neither. The manager insisted I had not paid for what I did, even after he was shown that that's exactly what I paid for. TV also didn't work, and he said, "Yeah, we've been having problems with that". I recommend going anywhere other than here.”
