“We were only staying for the one night and we found the whole process between checking in, parking and communicating with Stacey was very easy and welcoming. While the facility itself didn't have a ton of other guest (based on the season I assume), all of the amenities were working away i.e. the heated pool, sauna, hot tub etc. The apartment was cozy and had a lovely welcome package with loads of tips for food and activities nearby which we made use of. Thanks for your quick communication……

“We had to travel to this area for my daughter’s dance competition and this was the perfect fit for what we needed. It’s located directly next to The Minerals Hotel (a part of Crystal Springs). The place was very clean and had nice updates for an older townhome. You cannot use any part of the mountain creek resort or the minerals resort though, that’s the only downside.”

“The only issue was that the floor was not clean, sticky floor in kitchen. Other than that, it was nice.”

“We loved The Mountain House - the location worked perfectly and the accommodations were great. Only slight negative was the winding staircase...which is pretty tight and could be difficult for those who aren't as mobile. But it all worked out fine for us.”

“The resort is so great and convenient. Walk right out to the mountain for snowboarding. Plenty of space for my two kids. Large tv for entertainment. Reasonable price. Great parking.”

“We stayed during their off season and it was gorgeous. Apt was clean and so nice. Big tub and bathroom. Pool was perfect!”

“It was nice, but this unit had a lot of bugs (lady bugs, flies and bees), maybe due to the closeness of the woods. It was neat but not the cleanest at least not to my standards that is.”

“A clean basic stay. Great views, lots of things to do in the village. Nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Some minor issues re curtains, interior door to balcony did not impact our stay. A great set up if you need multiple stays.”

“We had a nice mini vacation of two nights, it was quiet, & nice view outside window. Heater worked well. Tv worked, kit sink with plates & everything you need if you wanna fry an Egg. Only thing we wish was that the Room was not so far from the Elevator, it was like a Semi-circle walk to our Room, which was too far of a walk for my sr. mom but great Heated Pool & Hot Tub outside during Winter was fun. GerryL was great with Quick responses. Thank you, Gerry, the Manager was very helpful. ”

“We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!”
