「Great service and staff, stayed with my daughter for two weeks and had no issues or problems if any kind other than the 1st shift manger was rude and treated me like he was better than me till I was able to make him understand his job title is customer service and customer satisfaction and if he’s isn’t able to be polite and job correctly he should find a different career. He acted correctly afterwards」

「The room is not clean and makes me have 5+ acnes.」

「Very convenient to the airport. Good options for food and refreshments on site. 」

「It was good but i forgot to mention a baby lizard came out of the drain but besides that it wad fune 」

「What I didn't like is the locks were changed during the day while I was gone and I did not receive any notification that the locks would be changed and I would have to get new key cards. They apparently put the notice under the door the same day they changed the lock which I'd already left that morning and when I returned and the late evening I'm trying to get my room unlocked. Had to go down to the desk ring the bell nobody came went back up. Tried to get into the room again. Went back down...

「This was a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I did talk to the front desk and didn’t ask to be moved but they said it was because the room next door was a smoking room. Maybe separate the rooms ? All else was great」

「Older but they’re remodeling. Our room wasn’t yet updated. Thin blanket so ask right away for extra if you want to be warm. 」
