“Great service and staff, stayed with my daughter for two weeks and had no issues or problems if any kind other than the 1st shift manger was rude and treated me like he was better than me till I was able to make him understand his job title is customer service and customer satisfaction and if he’s isn’t able to be polite and job correctly he should find a different career. He acted correctly afterwards”

“This was a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I did talk to the front desk and didn’t ask to be moved but they said it was because the room next door was a smoking room. Maybe separate the rooms ? All else was great”
