“I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good.”

“Very clean and beautifully designed hotel, with cozy rooms featuring tropical Art Deco vibes. I was also happy to learn that their healthy concept café and gym are set to open in the coming days — two amenities I’m definitely looking forward to trying. I will certainly be coming back on my next visit to Miami to experience them. I loved the beach service and the overall atmosphere. Excellent back-office support as well, with smooth communication and great responsiveness from the front desk.”
