「Pulled up in front of the hotel and parked. No sign saying I couldn’t. Went inside to check in. Was inside maybe five minutes checking in. Came out and had a parking ticket for $36. No parking offered it all by or at the hotel. You have to park across the street in a separate pay lot not associated with the hotel. Options were $60 for 12 hours or $80 for 24 hours. Nothing stated in the reservations about this. Felt completely misled through the entire experience.」

「The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good.」
