Seaside Hotel is conveniently located near everything, beach one block over , ample cafes , restaurants , bank and public transportation.. Definitely a good price as well .. I’ve stayed here a few other times previously would recommend to everyone. - Cheers Joe

Love this property will be staying there every time I’m in Miami. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Also helpful in giving directions and so on. Love this property.

The ads are a bit misleading. Read the fine print. Click until you can’t click anymore. I never wrote bad reviews… but… the apartment was fabulous! Parking a nightmare. One couple had their car towed. They need to give you exact laws and information about how to park and where and where not to. Check in woman acted like I was bothering her with questions. When I called to ask about parking from my room, no answer. When I asked to speak to the front desk manager at check out, the staff couldn’t find her. The pool is NOT on site and far. You need to take some trolly to get to the one free drink happy hour at another property. Exact written directions needed for parking. People travel far and are tired… pointing doesn’t help them . I didn’t sleep well thinking I would get towed. Times on their site, google, ChatGPT were all different… then there are street cleaning days apparently . The resort fee was 30 a day for towels and some pool somewhere. Apartment was great. That’s about all. I travel a lot … I’ve never had this experience.

This is my go to place whenever I visit Miami Beach if it’s not booked up . The location is great! close to the beach , cafes , restaurants, bank ( ATM ) and even a Walgreens there is also ample public transportation within foot steps from the hotel .. i highly recommend this hotel for everyone - Cheers Joe

When booking you believe you are booking at one location but they own 3 locations and place you where ever they want. I tried to do a late check in, they agreed but no one was there to check in me. The bed sheets were torn, the kitchen and bathroom window don’t work or lock properly. Housekeeping promised to pick up our dirty towels and provide new ones she said she would come by but never came and then I was charged for them.
