Terrible. The bathtub was dirty and greasy. I didn’t even want to step foot in it. The floors sunk in about 6” in some spots. I slept on a chair because the bed also looked dingy and dirty.

This hotel is not a good deal. You get what you pay for, and then you pay a surprise resort fee on top of that. The extra resort fee is not disclosed anywhere prior to booking, and is nonrefundable in addition to the $100 refundable deposit. They charge $30/night for 'resort fees', but there are no amenities offered to justify this. Not even courtesy transport from where you check-in at the Seaside, to where the room was located at the Beachside, 0.5 miles away. Not a far trip, but not convenient when you have luggage to carry between the properties. In addition to the lack of amenities, the wifi in our room wasn't even working during our stay. Our room at Beachside All Suites looked decrepit and the photos on the website did not at all match the state the room was in. The wood was rotted out from the door frames and baseboards and looked like it was just painted over. There was water damage to the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom hooks were rusting away. The unit was equipped with a full kitchen.. but lacked basic kitchen necessities, such as glassware or anything to cook/heat food in the oven or on the stove. The living room furniture all looked rough, with leather cracked and peeling away from the couch. The whole place felt more like a rundown apartment than a resort hotel. The cleaning staff does a good job as the room did feel clean, but the room needs major refurbishing and the resort fees should be dropped or made transparent before booking.

The entire house needs an update. The bathroom did not smell clean at all. Shower curtain dirty and had long hair on it and I do not have long hair nor my family member who was there. Ceiling lamps full of dust. There was no bathroom trash bin and we had to call and ask for that. We did not receive any extra trash bags for our 5 day stay. Limited dishes and cooking utensils, not enough to make a full meal. No complimentary or small container of dish washing liquid. This hotel needs new flooring, bathroom racks falling apart. Dim lighting throughout the entire building. I would not recommend at all.

The room was in ok condition and the staff was lacking the necessary documents needed to provide for a smooth transition of information. No Parking, had to park a block away from room so I was on the edge worrying that my car was going to be towed or broken into. Thankfully it wasn't. I will not book another stay with this hotel due to the no parking availability.

I was advised to park in a certain area because the hotel does not provide parking. Rental was towed and honestly the way I wasn’t the only person going thru that seemed really shady. I will say the young brother who was there when u checked out was very nice and helpful but other than that I was very unsatisfied when I arrived and even tried to get Expedia to move me to another hotel before the Tow fiasco. Very upset that I was not only uncomfortable but feel like I was set up to have ny car towed which will triple my expenses. I really am seeking a refund to be honest.

Only thing good about this place is the location. Pictures are super misleading. Reception is 5 min driving so if something is needed you have to drive there. No one ever answers the phone. They charge a "resort" fee of 35$ a day which is mindblowingly expensive specially considering there is zero service. The room is extra bright in the morning and super noisy. The toilet was making a leaking noise 24/7. And to top it off, there was cockroaches in the room. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Yoi can find way better at that price.

The rooms weren't very clean. We took two steps and our feet were already very dirty. There were stains on the floors. There were also no cleaning supplies available for us to clean the room ourselves and feel comfortable, since we were told that cleaning is only done every three days. There were also missing kitchen utensils that would have allowed us to at least use the stovetop available in the room.

The room was nice but some of the power outlets did not work from the second night. We were a a building far from the check in building and far from any amenities. This was not highlighted in the booking app. No staff onsite of the building we were staying at. Phoning the receptionist was in vain as no one ever picked up the phone. You either walk 15 to 20 minutes or take a uber to the chick in building for any assistance. Like I said earlier the room was nice and clean. Everything else could majorly improve.
