This hotel is pretty old and not well maintained outside the lobby. The restroom in our room was not clean and someone’s used bath soap bar was still in the shower. There was stuff on the walls…room was spacious and did its purpose…quick over night trip with breakfast and shuttle pick up. Staff was very nice and friendly.

For the price I paid, a decent room. The room itself was old and had a really wierd smell that stayed on my clothes. The bed was comfy and the amenities were great, like an iron and hairdryer and all toiletries. Airport shuttle failed the morning I checked out so I had to scramble and find my way to the airport for an early flight. Would have been nice to be compensated somehow as shuttle was included and I had to pay for an uber. Staff were friendly.

Very basic, close to the airport. Shuttle is a hit and miss, I took an Uber when the bus was still 40 minutes late. Staff are the best. No food on-site, yet they take your $100 for six days; that does not work for me.

An excellent place to stay in Miami. It was very clean, and there were no insects. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The customer service was impeccable. It is located very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. My reservation included breakfast, which was good enough to get the day started. It offers excellent value for money. This hotel helped make my stay in Miami unforgettable. Thanks to the entire staff for such a great job.

The place was pretty decent honestly. The room was clean. The only issue is, they need a place to keep the soap in the shower. Like a dish or a ledge. I had to hold the soap in hand while in the shower and there was no place to put it afterwards lol. But all good

The ac in the room was,too small to cool the room and I was sweating the entire time. The hall ac was,set on 86 degrees and was told it wasn't working either. The door to the hall did not fit the frame and light came in on all sides of the door. The cleaning staff was in consistent withe replacing clean towels and shampoo. They gave me 3 lotions which I never used but didn't replace bodywash or hand and floor towel. Had black hair on my clean sheets and pillow. The only saving grace was the courtyard area.

I appreciated the fact that my room was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was on and the room was a comfortable temperature too! It was very humid and I truly appreciated it! There were plenty of clean towels as well as body wash, a shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. There was a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board as well as a frig and blow dryer! Oh, and the shuttle driver was a hoot! Very personable and friendly! Julio, you're the best!

The hotel isn’t somewhere I would stay again! The front desk guy so good and respectful. BUT, the property is really dirty. They don’t have elevators so you have to carry your things upstairs. I walk trough the hallway and I see an extremely dirty towel pushed up against a room door and it smelled. I go to the room and realize they don’t have a refrigerator so I go to get ice for my cooler. Well the ice machine is out as well. I asked the front desk guy what I should do because I have food with me, and he put it in the hotel refrigerator. That was the first 30 mins of my arrival. I wake up and there are ANTS everywhere!!!! I was so angry I just got up and left the hotel. I let the front desk know and then caught the shuttle to the airport. Again I don’t recommend!!!

The rooms were clean but had bugs crawling on the floor and flying around. The shower was very small and created a large amount of water on the floor. The walls had cracks in them. The best rooms were on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator. The A/C was very loud. Breakfast was ok but not great. The staff was very nice. There was no wash rags in the room and when we went to get some we were told that they ran out of wash rags. But the staff was nice enough to find us a couple. We wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
